Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Leads

All leads purchased via the platform operated by Four Wheel Deals (Pty) Ltd constitute the provision of a paid information service. Such service is deemed rendered in full upon delivery of the lead contact details to the buyer’s account. Accordingly, all lead purchases are final and irrevocable, and are explicitly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable, irrespective of whether the buyer elects to engage with or conclude any transaction with the lead seller.

2. Vehicles Sold

All vehicles sold directly by Four Wheel Deals (Pty) Ltd to any purchaser are sold strictly on a “voetstoots” (as-is, where-is) basis, unless and only to the extent that a separate written warranty document signed by an authorised director of Four Wheel Deals (Pty) Ltd expressly stipulates otherwise. The buyer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for undertaking a due diligence inspection of the vehicle prior to purchase and irrevocably waives any and all claims for return, refund, repair, or replacement relating to any defect, latent or patent, discovered subsequent to delivery.

In the absence of an express written warranty, no implied warranties, guarantees, conditions, or representations of any nature whatsoever, whether statutory, common law, or otherwise, shall apply. Any reliance placed on verbal representations shall be at the sole risk of the buyer.

3. Cancellation Fee

In the event that a purchaser elects to cancel a confirmed purchase of a vehicle after payment has been made but prior to delivery, Four Wheel Deals (Pty) Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to impose a cancellation fee equal to 15% of the agreed purchase price as a genuine pre-estimate of its administrative and holding costs, and not as a penalty. The balance, if any, shall be refunded to the purchaser within a reasonable period thereafter.

4. General Provisions

This Returns & Refunds Policy shall be read in conjunction with the applicable Terms & Conditions of Sale and Use, and forms an integral part thereof. No relaxation, indulgence, or failure by Four Wheel Deals (Pty) Ltd to enforce any term herein shall constitute a waiver of its rights. Any provision herein which is held by a competent authority to be invalid shall be severable and shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
